STRATEGY

Story Spark came to Creamos with a powerful product and a clear mission: to use AI to create personalized, engaging stories that support neurodivergent children. While the technology was already in place, the platform lacked alignment between its purpose, user experience, and brand expression.

Our strategy focused on connecting these three pillars: product, brand, and traction, through a human-centered lens. We began by auditing the full user experience to identify key drop-off points, accessibility issues, and conversion challenges.

Key strategic decisions included:

  • UX redesign for neurodivergent accessibility by improving interaction flows, simplifying navigation, and refining layout and structure to reduce cognitive load.

  • Brand identity overhaul through the introduction of an inclusive, friendly visual language with high-contrast color palettes, legible typography, and a tone that celebrates imagination without overwhelming the senses.

  • The narrative repositioned by reframing the brand voice to resonate with caregivers and educators as much as children.

  • Targeted marketing campaigns were designed to build awareness and trust in niche communities, while driving qualified traffic to the platform.

Every product and brand decision was made to reinforce Story Spark’s mission: to empower every child, especially those with different learning needs, through stories that spark curiosity, confidence, and joy.

We refreshed the brand identity for Story Spark, emphasizing accessibility and crafting a visual language that inspires imagination and connects with both children and parents.

PRODUCT

Partnering with Story Spark, we analyzed user behavior with heatmaps and conversion data to pinpoint drop-off points and pain points. Guided by these insights, we reimagined user flows, simplified navigation, and optimized key actions, resulting in a more intuitive experience and increased sign-ups.

TRACTION

We catalyzed growth with a targeted, multi-platform traction strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. This included advertising, newsletter, and social media content tailored to resonate with both parents and children.
