STRATEGY

Story Spark came to Creamos with a powerful product and a clear mission: to use AI to create personalized, engaging stories that support neurodivergent children. While the technology was already in place, the platform lacked alignment between its purpose, user experience, and brand expression.

Our strategy focused on connecting these three pillars: product, brand, and traction, through a human-centered lens. We began by auditing the full user experience to identify key drop-off points, accessibility issues, and conversion challenges.

Key strategic decisions included:

  • UX redesign for neurodivergent accessibility by improving interaction flows, simplifying navigation, and refining layout and structure to reduce cognitive load.

  • Brand identity overhaul through the introduction of an inclusive, friendly visual language with high-contrast color palettes, legible typography, and a tone that celebrates imagination without overwhelming the senses.

  • The narrative repositioned by reframing the brand voice to resonate with caregivers and educators as much as children.

  • Targeted marketing campaigns were designed to build awareness and trust in niche communities, while driving qualified traffic to the platform.

Every product and brand decision was made to reinforce Story Spark’s mission: to empower every child, especially those with different learning needs, through stories that spark curiosity, confidence, and joy.

We redesigned the brand identity with a strong focus on accessibility, creating a new visual language and narrative that resonates with Story Spark's target audience of children and parents alike.

Imagination, creativity, and fantasy were some of the concepts behind the redesign.

PRODUCT

Working in partnership with Story Spark's own product development team, we enhanced the user experience with a data-driven approach. We leveraged insights from sources like heatmap reports to identify user pain points and conversion challenges.

From there, we crafted new user journeys and redesigned the experience to achieve specific goals, such as increasing user sign-ups. The result is a thoughtfully crafted product that enhances clarity and reduces cognitive load.
