When are projects paid?
Projects are signed off for production with an initial deposit and include a final payment upon project completion. This may vary based on the project cost and duration, including partial payments for projects over 3 months.
For single projects, we work with both fixed budget (agreed upfront) and variable budget (based on actual time and scope) providing transparent estimates and actuals shared in regular reports and client meetings.
For ongoing projects, the retainer model secures our services at a discounted rate, with monthly pre-payments paid at the start of the month. At the end of each month, underspend is carried forward to the next month and agreed overspend is billed separately.

What is a retainer and how does it work?
A retainer is an ongoing work contract for a defined duration and monthly budget, giving you access to Strategy, Brand, Product, and Traction services at a discounted rate, with flexibility to adapt as your needs evolve.
At the start of each month, we define priorities and allocate the opening budget. We then track progress with regular updates, and review the closing balance at the end of the month. Any unused budget is carried forward, while additional work beyond the agreed scope is billed separately.
