CHOC approached Creamos with a clear ambition: to grow from a promising celebrity led beauty brand into a cohesive, scalable business with strong foundations and long-term potential.
Our strategy focused on elevating the brand experience while building the operational infrastructure needed to support growth. We worked across product, logistics, and marketing to align every touchpoint with CHOC’s core values: empowering self love and enhancing natural beauty.
Key decisions included:
- Building the brand’s identity through emotive storytelling and a bold visual identity.
- E-commerce optimization by integrating inventory systems and 3PL logistics for a seamless backend and better customer experience.
- Digital marketing support, by launching targeted email and influencer campaigns to grow awareness and drive conversion, especially among Gen Z and young millennial audiences.
- Scalable foundations, setting up tools and systems to support future product launches and retail expansion, including an Amazon shop.
